Like most wedding photographers you may wish to express yourself creatively. One of the most creative aspects you can do is to create photos with depth. Like any great wedding cake, photos with depth have layers of people and or objects. This composition style makes for compelling photos. Your wedding clients will love these images in their wedding album too. This type of image takes some luck and a lot of skill. Practice seeing these types of images in advance. When the opportunity presents itself, stay with the moment and see it through. You will need some patience too. With some practice it will eventually become second nature.

You could even create photographs with depth. During the photo shoot, with the bride and groom, look for objects you can shoot through. Frame the couple within the object and only focus the lens on them. Your lens will blur out the object your shooting through and create depth.
